After all the blood, sweat, and beers, Thunderballs finally takes the 2014 Fall softcore championship after an epic battle lasting twice as long as most games and coming down to one, final match. The game was at 2 to 2, both teams playing conservative dodgeball, when during the 5th match, Super Dodge Bros thought they had the match in the bag, when Brian F of T-Balls makes one of the biggest comebacks in history, taking down 5 all by his lonesome. Final score 3 to 2, Thunderballs!! Hats off to both teams for making the game about playing hard but remembering why you are out there.....FUN!
You all know Brian. W/all his crazy acrobatic moves, cat like reflexes, and ballsy close encounter plays. The one you think, "there's no way I could do half of what he just did without snapping bones and tearing ligaments." Brian is this week's player of the week because of his most triumphant comeback of the season to help his team win the Fall 2014 softcore championship. He took on 5 of his opponents all on his own in the final match for the Thunderballs to come out as victors w/a final score of 3 to 2. Well done, Brian!! SEE YOU NEXT SEASON:)
