Lucky strikes set the pace early in the season, and continued it right through to the championship. Steve from the "strikes" bowled a 209 in the first game and let off a bit with a 191 in the second. Along with him Alyssa bowled strong with a 120 and a 150. While they were having success with the pin action other teams enjoyed drink action, and also enjoyed there last night of the season. No F strikes team member Jason was the leader of his team with a 145 and a 164, but the team just couldn't muster enough to hang with there opponent. Lane Rangers Art carried his team to 3rd with a 139 and 152. While the other teams were enjoying there 9-pin games, playing for prizes to sport bar in downtown Seattle, Team Grab Ass was victorious decided by a scorecard playoff, giving them the win. Wednesday night POTW goes to Julie Palko! She careered with a 184, getting 4 strikes in a row to help her 1st game.. She cooled off in the second with a 131 still helping a team who from the looks of there scores spends way to much time in the bowling ally. "Lucky Strikes" need to have a team building event outside, something that doesn't involve bowling balls and pins. Way to much good form on the execution, try the Red hook!! But hats off to there 633, and 600.
Steve started the season strong rolling a first game capped game of 205, and following up with a 191 (apparently his arm got tired). In doing so, he propelled his team to a 1st week victory over Split Happens.
