Crows Power Past Off In The Corner

Jeff Plays Out Of His Mind At Short Stop

Sunday's 4:30 game was quite a delight to watch. It had all the elements of a really great and down right gritty game. Both teams battled hard and in the end it came down to the play of one gentleman. While playing short stop Jeff took The Crows on his back defensively and transformed himself into a vacuum cleaner. Nothing got by him all day long. He dove, he jumped, he slid, he rolled nailing hitter after hitter with some of the finest defense I have personally seen in a very long time. I don't know what got into Jeff but whatever it was it needs to be bottled up, marketed and shared with the rest of us. He played like a man possessed all day and there will be offers coming in from some MLB organizations after this game. Great game Jeff and thank you for the show.

The Crows Hold Off Team Jay Dee

Team Plays 3 Games In One Day

Hats off to The Crows this week for getting through a gruesome Sunday schedule. This team played three games, two at Paramount play fields and one at North Acres play field. Not too many teams can get through a three game day and they did. They actually played a pretty good game against Team Jay Dee and held their own in the win. I have umped this team for 2 seasons now and they get better and better each season. They have improved in every area and in a couple of more seasons they will be a force just like other teams I have seen evolve over the years. They have a great pitcher, great infielders and outfielders and they are starting to produce runs almost on demand. Great game Crows and congratulations for getting through the day and coming out with a win.
