This weeks honors go to Freeballers and thier excellence all season on offense. Freeballers routinely puts up points, and forces their opponents hand to try to keep up with their pace. Freeballers have excellent recievers up and down the line making it tough for defenses to just key in on one player. Quarterback Ryan B. has an easy task of just putting the ball in the air and letting any one of his recievers go up to get it. Great job Freeballers on your season thus far!
If Monday Night was a test of the will to win of Freeballers, they passed with flying colors. After falling behind 16-0, they played strong and steady the rest of the way, eventually taking control and holding on for a 49-48 victory. In a game with many hotly contested plays, the Freeballers kept their cool, led by Quarterback Ryan Bekins. Ryan threw had a hand in 7 touchdowns, and was 7-7 on one point conversions. With all of those 7's one could say it was lucky, but The Statdog was there to see it, and it was no fluke.
