Chloe Donlan

Just for Kicks

Chloe came up big in this game! With both teams having a 2 to 3 run lead at a point in the game, Just for Kicks was going to need a consistent presence if they were to feel good about their chances of victory. And Chloe was just that. Finding themselves down 1 - 0 early in the game, Chloe emphatically roped an line drive 2 rbi double to end their half of the inning up 2 - 1. In this contested battle, Chloe found herself up to kick time and time again in moments that could help swing the tide in her team's favor, and time and time again, she delivered! Her fielding not to be out done by her foot, Chloe made a 2 run saving catch midway through the game that thwarted any attempt at a big inning. Chloe's day was remarkable as she finished the game 4 - 4 at the plate with key rbi's to help seal the victory.

Alex Hanson

Just for Kicks

Despite the rough start to the game, Alex made a great recovery and turned a pop fly single into an in the park homer. Taking advantage of some poor decisions by the defense, he was able to dodge the ball all 3 times that it could have it him. Putting on that heroic display, I think, saved him 5 dollars that he had to put into the team fail jar that he racked up earlier in the game. It was a clutch play and ended up being the difference maker in a tight game that was decided by 1 run. Great job Alex turning it around in the end and saving yourself some money!
