Necessary Roughness

Jeff Girmus gets our first player of the week of the new season after his stellar play on the defensive side of the ball. In a very tight defensive battle between Notorious BHT and Necessary Roughness, Jeff's 3 interceptions made all the difference, helping his team hold onto a 1 point lead. Two of the interceptions that he made were on 2nd and goal plays where he bated the QB so well that even Richard Sherman would have been impressed. On top of the 3 picks that Jeff had, he also caught a key 3rd down pass that he converted into a first down after a few nifty moves that iced the game for Necessary Roughness.
