POTW: Mike Kenney

Goodness Gracious Great Balls of Fire

The last week of Big Turkey Bowling are usually the most fun. Thanks to our 9-pin format, players get to record scores that they don't normally get to see. This week, Mike led the way with a 190 and 210. Great job!

Monday, November 9

POTW: Brandon Walton

Goodness Gracious Great Balls of Fire

Brandon had been bowling at a pretty reasonable clip this season, keeping his team in the playoff race. But like Samson, who cut his hair and lost all of his power, Brandon cut his Afro, and his team struggled, losing their match to Barracuda. Will it be enough to keep them out of the playoffs? Stay tuned.

POTW: Michelle Hannah

Goodness Gracious Great Balls of Fire

A lot of times in this space, we like to call attention to the big scores that people throw up. Sometimes, however, we like to give a thumbs up to someone who may have not bowled the best score, but have great spirit, and keep chugging along. Michelle's two combined scores didn't beat one of her teammate's scores for one game, but she was energetic, spirited, and never got frustrated with her play. She was there to play a game, and isn't that what we're all trying to do here?
