Tony D earns this week's Player of the Week for outstanding defense and coming through in the clutch with two money 2-point conversions. Playing the middle of the defense, he had numerous pass deflections, one of them leading to an INT. He was an unstoppable force inside the redzone, nabbing 2 big conversion attempts to lead his team to victory. Congrats!
By grabbing 2 INTs and bringing one back for a TD, Tim T earns this week's Player of the Week award. Tim is a huge reason his team was able to hold the opposition to 8 points, stepping in front of pass after pass and having some nice flag grabs too. Congrats Tim and team!
When you put up 60 on a team, everyone deserves to win the Player of the Week honors. But tonight, Tim stood out beyond the rest as he flashed some amazing defensive skills. Shutting down his zone, Tim created havoc all night for the receivers who entered. Tim even managed to pick the ball off and take it to the house one time which could even be the play of the week.
Great job tonight Tim!
