Bootcamp for Underdogs!

Workout this summer with old-School bootcamp style workouts during the middle of the day right in the heart of South Lake Union. This workout is a calorie killer but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the play. Utilizing games, exercises, and group activities we will bounce, kick and jump you into shape for the season. You never have to get better to play with Underdog Sports Leagues, but if you really want to you might as well do it at a great location with top-notch instructors. Underdog is happy to present two different sessions of Ucamp with some of Seattles most talented and fun trainers. Remember Underdog is not about screaming and yelling but providing the good times while working out in the great outdoors.

 

Session #1 runs Noon-1PM (with no Class on July 4th)

Session #2 runs 11AM -Noon

 

More drop in sessions will be available in August -
