POTW: Joshua Phillips
Like White on Rice
What a great season opener, game two of Like White on Rice vs. Indy 2 was the best game of the night. Full of hits, sets and killer spikes by our POTW, Josh Phillips. His powerful jumps helped him sore over the net to reach the ball for a serious pound. Both teams played well and has some great rallies but LWOR's Josh was thier key player in some serious point scoring opportunity. Great job Josh and thanks for being such a dedicated Underdog Teamster!
Stephanie is a rockstar...oh and great at volleyball. Indy #2 played really well and had some great plays throughout the double header series. Stephanie was a key player in her team's success. Great job Steph!

Jeff Jeff he's our man...if he can't do it...well, I'm sure someone else can but we would rather have him do it! Jeff was this week's POTW b/c he never leaves clean. He is always covered in sand, front and back. Jeff's volleyball skills have improved and he is a consistant hitter for over the top! He is always willing to lend a hand to help out and always has a great smile. Thanks Jeff for being a Rock Star!

POTW: Matt O'Leary
Like White on Rice
Matt was on fire this week. He helped his team advance in the playoffs with a 2-0 win against Over the Top. Both teams played really well and had a great season. Matt's height helped him hit the ball and place it in key spots. Great job Matt and good luck next week!
Josh was a true captain tonight as he kept his team pumped up with his high intesity and motivation. He helped lead his team to a championship with many great digs, spikes, blocks and serves, including a 6 point serving streak to seal the victory.
