Summer Co-ed Softball at Northacres Sundays

The Arbornauts were in the house on Sunday and they were absolutely on fire from the start. After scoring only two runs over the first two innings they exploded for back to back eleven run innings and sending a clear message to Russell's Wilson that they were in for a very long day. Sparked by David Barry and his hot bat, the Arbornauts added another nine runs over the next couple of innings and before you know it the game was out of reach and over. They put on a hitting and base running display that you don't see everyday and the final score indicates just how much hitting and scoring took place. Great game Arbornauts!!

It's been a long time coming but finally Chico's has captured that ever elusive USL league title. Having to battle through two close games this team kept their composure throughout, played together and performed well under the most extreme pressure. Led by Bobby, Igor, Evan, Trey, Lexi, Wayne, Christine, Bryan, Christine, and Lisa this team has finally reached the pinnacle after all of these seasons. I have been with them from the beginning and I have seen the ups and downs that this team has gone through. To be a part of their first title is awesome and inspiring because this team never gave up, they never give up and this a true testament to never giving up and fighting to the very end. Congratulations Chico's and it's been a long time coming.
