Tonights player of the week is Mike Hochman, Tonight the Poop Sandwiches had a double header and they played great. While starting out the night with only two players and ending with three players the team dominated as a solid scrappy team. So watch out for Mike and Poop Sandwich because they proved tonight that they are a force to be reckoned with. Great Job and keep it up!

Make sure you bring your sumblock when you play Vitamin D's Nuts. They were on fire this week, Nick Povak is the player of the week. With his ability to play fun and competitive volleyball he was a real force to be reckoned with. In the words of his team, Nick's specialty is "one block, ten broken hearts!" So teams watch out and get ready for Nick and Vitamin D's Nuts! Keep up the good work!

Unprotected Sets
This week despite the rain and cold Unprotected Sets had a great week! They were aggressive, and die-hard when it came to keeping the ball alive. Sometimes all 4 on the court would be in the sand by the end of a rally. But the standout player this week was Lucas! His intimidation at the net and big swings kept the team alive and they were able to win 2 out of 3 games that were well earned. Great work Lucas and Unprotected Sets!

Vicky had an awesome day at the beach! She was very friendly and a good team player. She was always alert on the court and always willing to dive for a ball on or off of the court in order to get the point. She helped her team coming out with a great victory and after the end of the game Vicky and her teammates just couldn't stop playing until the sun was down. Good job Vicky! Keep up the great game!

Allan helped his team out this week by being tardy. While some may say by missing part of the game Allan hurt his team but it actually helped! Allan and his team were able to win all three games and enjoy an after game team bonding on the beach watching their competition. Great work this week Allan!

This week Caz was a warrior! She helped her team advance to the finals by setting and being an overall team player. When their team started to lose steam after a 31-29 win,Caz motivated the team to keep going and push for the win in the third game. During the finals Caz was a superstar and kept the tired team excited and playing their best! Great work Caz!!!
