Spring Gentlemens Flag Football at Seattle Center Thursdays

What a monster on the line. Greg brought that speed rush all night ! Constantly putting the opposing QB on his heels, Greg was able to distract and force some really bad throws. Greg also managed to pick up a few sacks along the way. Great job Greg!

Aaron put on a show tonight by getting an impressive, 4 sacks! It's hard enough to just get one in a season, Aaron managed to get 4... That's ridiculous. With his knack of getting to the QB, the opposition just had no momentum working for them. This flag grabbing expert even put his stamp on the offensive side with 5 catches throughout the game. Not sure if we will be seeing a more versatile player than Aaron. Great job tonight!

The game of the night was definitely when Bevell Up faced off against Swamp Pass. Bevell Up came out on top 35-34, thanks in large part to Alan Chris. Alan had several key catches, including the game sealer.

In a ole country western type shoot out, Brian reminded many of Dan Fouts as he carried his team on his back by accounting for all of his team's scores with 5 TD passes and 1 rushing TD. Just like they used to say about Fouts, if you give him 3 seconds in the pocket he will pick you apart. Well the same can be said for Brian. When he was given 3 seconds to scan the field, he lit the opponent up. Anyone remember San Diego v. Miami playoff game back in the 80's? Um, probably not... I am the only one old enough to remember. But this game reminded of the 80's classic!!!
