  Back That Pass Up

Great First Season for these Champs

Back That Pass Up had a very successful first season in the league. Starting out the season with lots of weapons, but a very thin playbook and a shaky defense. As the season went along this team tighten down the screws and had a successful 7 and 3 season. Matching up against the Subhumans who had beaten the New Champs 12 to 32 at the end of the season. Both teams battled through the playoffs and battled in a tense and terrific game on the day. The ladies of both teams were the key components to their teams success and this game went down to the wire. With a 25 to 20 outcome, both teams played with stellar defense, but Back That Pass up found the goal-line one more time then the Subhumans, and the new team in the league are now the Champs! Great game and season to both teams!

Green Wins Another Chipper

Led by the smooth moves of Will Stroud and the gritty determination of Jen Norman, Green captured another Championship. Will got his team going early, catching two touchdowns in the first half, while also making a key interception to push his team out to an early lead. In the second half, Jen led the way by making a few key clock-killing catches, while playing through some pain after suffering a leg injury. All in all, it was enough to make the difference in a 44-36 victory over Malicious.
