Fall Co-ed Kickball at Mountlake Terrace Wednesdays

A whirling dervish on defense, Bart put on a show for us.
From slick lefty pitching, to a couple base knocks, it's clear Bart was picking up this game quickly. Despite the score, he never let down.

There aren't many plays that can amaze me, but on this night one occurred. Ryan, playing deep third base took a tailing line drive, that to everyone on the field looked destined for a base hit, and outstretched one hand that may have been doused with pine tar because it seemed glued to the tips of his fingers as he reeled it in for a rally killing catch.
The opposing bench had some players bowing in awe.
Not to mention, he was one hit short of the cycle including his monster home run to right.

A head above the rest on this evening, Mark played an all around great game. On defense, he started the game off with a sticky finger snag of a hot line drive. On offense it was steady kick after steady kick. He was the glue that binded as he led his squad to fend off a late inning comeback by the Shot Callas.
