For a team without a name, they have certainly found a leader. James Bennett led Indy #1 to victory in week 2 by scoring two touchdowns on offense and intercepting three passes on defense. It was a big win for Indy #1 as they appear to be coming together early in the season.

While offense is often highlighted in this section, the Statdog thought it would be appropriate to highlight a great defensive performance. Mick Wagner was all over Sasquatch Militia's QB on Saturday. Mick had four huge pass breakups at the line of scrimmage and changed countless more as the Militia was held to only 6 points.

This week in the Gentleman's flag football league at Memorial Saturday's Kyle Anderson of Team Jacknut put on a clinic on pass defense as he picked off Drugs in the Pipeline a total of 5 times. Not to be shut out on offense, however, Kyle also had 3 touchdown receptions in Team Jacknut's victory. Needless to say, Kyle was able to get the job done on both sides of the ball and was instrumental in the win. Great job Kyle!

In the final 4 minutes, the lead changed hands 4 times, culminating with the game winning touchdown which was caught by Matt Vincent. After the game, Vincent said it was the greatest athletic achievement he had ever had.
