From start to finish, Indy #16 had one thing in common. They were all here to have some fun. Whenever you look to their court, you could see them having fun and poking fun at one another. They all just got along right off the bat. Indy #16 were definitely the Underdogs when coming into the playoffs. They lost every regular season game except for 1. No one was giving this team a chance. But you can't overlook a team with such unity as they started to sweep through everyone in the playoffs.
After capturing the championship, Indy #16 won a $50 coupon for Pegasus Pizza and even rocked some sweet 2014 championship wristbands. Hopefully we will be seeing this team stick together for future leagues to come! Great job everyone!

Starting off the season, We Could Carry Less had a rocky start going 0-3. But you could clearly tell this was too good of a team to overlook. The last three games of the regular season, We Could Carry Less completely turned everything around going 3-0, finishing the regular season with a 3-3 record. Now that record may not look so dominant, but those last three games would set the tone for the rest of the playoffs.
After capturing the 3rd seed for the playoffs, We Could Carry less had a tough road in front of them, facing off against the always tough, Safe Sets. But riding the momentum from the regular season, We Could Carry Less won and took it to the championship game where they faced off against the number 1 seed, Scrappy. The Championship game was a good one as Scrappy provided some crazy offensive power. But We Could Carry Less proved their dominant defense and teamwork to be too much for Scrappy. After a tough battle, We Could Carry Less came out with the victory for their first Championship as a team. Amazing job!
Now they will be rocking some sweet Volleyball Champ shirts around town, letting all Underdog players know that they will be the favorites for a repeat!
