Defense Wins Championships
Balls and Dolls' D leads the way

In previous seasons, Balls and Dolls were known for winning a lot of high scoring games. But when it came time for them to clinch their first championship, they turned to their defense to get the job done. In the semi-finals OB led the way by intercepting two passes, in a 24-12 rout of Ease it in Don't Forsett. Then in the finals, Tom H led the way by intercepting five passes, a championship game record. Those five picks were more than enough to keep Gosh Darn It To Heck We're Going Deep in check, as Balls and Dolls cruised to a 35-7 victory. Congratulations to the winners!

The Envy of the League
Green Wins the Championship

It took two grueling battles, but Green survived on Sunday and won another Championship. In the semi-finals, they faced an upstart 'Merica team, and pulled out a narrow 22-18 victory. Amy was the hero, as she made the game winning tackle, as it appeared that 'Merica was about to get the game winning score.

And they were only half way there at that point. On the other side of the bracket, ROADHOUSE came rolling into the finals, coming off an impressive 32-22 victory in the semi-finals against the Field Generals. But the first time finalists couldn't take the final step, as Green gutted out a 26-21 victory. Marc Dahm was the hero in the final, as he caught the game winning touchdown, helping his team take the crown.
