This years playoffs at Northacres was packed with 6 good teams very equal in talent there was no way anyone could have predicted the outcome. The winner of all three games was Bean Ball! there first win as an underdog team! This team is a full team and everybody was there to play! they won the first game 24-6 and the second alittle closer at 12-3, then they waited to see who they would play in the final game....it was Luau! the #1 seed, there a tough team and have alot of BIG hitters! the game started out slow and when one team scored the other would answer back, it was a tight game all around and at one point in the game you could cut the tension with a knife!.....things cooled down and "Bean Ball" took a 3 run lead into the bottom of the 7th...like i said they keep cool(we all know a 3 run lead in uderdog softball is not a big lead!) they got the first two batters out and after a triple Tien got it together an pithed a ground ball to the SS that ended the game at a 11-9 victory over the #1 seed in the league Luau.
over all the playoff were a blast for all the teams, remember it's all in good FUN!
