Fall Midcore Volleyball in Fremont Mondays

Leotia was on her "A" game tonight showing off some amazing defense. With cat-like reflexes, Leotia was able to move quickly to make dig after digs. No spike was a sure thing with her receiving the ball. Leotia also showed off her great serving. Her form was perfect every time as she displayed an impressive jump serve. With her strong play all night long, Endless Summer was able to win soundly going 3-0. Amazing job tonight Leotia!

Danny was a force tonight showing a combination of accuracy and power. Everything he did tonight had that exact combination. Starting with his serves, the opposing teams were hesitating to even get in front of the ball, let alone take a step towards it. The ball would come blistering over the net ready to crash into anything in its path. The most impressive thing about Danny tonight had to be his serves though. Not too often do you see a serve that may as well just be a spike. There was no spin, no bend and not even an arc. Just a straight line drive that reaches the other side before you could even blink an eye. Amazing job tonight Danny. The Sloppy Sets look to be here for the long run.

It started off rough this season but looks like Can You Dig It is settling into a groove. Behind the great play of Emily, they were able to pull out the victory tonight. Emily was on it with her much needed passing. The game just went smoothly with her distributing the ball around. Can You Dig It was working on all cylinders. Emily's attitude in the game had her team inspired and ready on their toes. She was a breath of fresh air tonight and it showed by the laughing and smiling faces of her teammates. Great job Emily!
