Fun in the Sun

In the heat of the Seattle summer under the Space Needle at Seattle Center, the USL flag football summer co-ed league came to an exciting conclusion. In the Midcore division, Big Ass squeaked by Who's Your Daddy, led by team quarter back Brooks Mielow with a last second victory to meet the dynasty of All the Way. Brooks's offensive and defensive skills were properly exhibited in the semifinal game to stymie second seated Daddy. Creating what was shaping up to be a Cinderella story of a last place team challenging the defending champions in the finals; Brooks rallied his team to rise to the occasion. However, All the Way was a bit too much to handle as Brit Suttell ran circles around the tired Big Ass. It was a beautiful final game as these two staples of the USL football leagues met on the gridiron to decide the superiority of the summer league. Congratulations to the Midcore champions, All the Way, we can't wait to see you at the after season party so you may collect the spoils of your season.
