Fall Midcore Volleyball at First Baptist Wednesdays

This week we have 2 players of the week- Drew Okenfuss and Laura Kempfer. Drew is player of the week for his big blocks and spikes in his match against the Volley Llamas. At one point in the match Drew was set a slide. He hustled to get to right front and proceeded to slam the ball almost on the ten foot line. Our second player of the week is Laura Kempfer because she played 2 matches in one night! She is on the Incredibles but she graciously stuck around to play another match when Drew's team was missing a player! With Laura's perfect passing and Drew's knock-out hits That's What She Set had an awesome second game of the season!

Jason of team Something Something Something was up to something Wednesday night! From his perfectly placed tips to skillfully aimed passes, Jason brought what was needed for his team to push points and win their match!

Tonight captain Indi, of the Indy team helped keep her team alive in a close battle for the third and winning set of their game! Although they ended up losing the match, Indi’s hustle, spirit, and skill was unmatched! Thanks for being a great Underdog, Indi!
