Summer Midcore Volleyball at First Baptist Wednesdays

In the final set tonight Sean had an incredible block... using his head! Unfazed he then went on to score 2 aces and almost a third for his team. Although Le Sharks were unable to come out with a win, Sean was an undeniable asset to his team tonight.

Anastasiya is our player of the week not only because her team took first in our Wednesday night championships at First Baptist Church but because she displayed exceptional ball control throughout the night. Anastasiya is a player that can do it all. She was solid in the back row digging hard hits from the opposing teams. She was communicative and not afraid to set the second ball when the setter was out of position. She was a major point scorer of the night with her consistent hits and serves. Congratulations Anastasiya on a great season and a well-deserved win!
