Fall Co-ed Volleyball in Everett Sundays

It’s always wonderful to see great sportsmanship and kindness on and off the court. Adrian and Susan Yip were such a fantastic help this week. We ran into some setbacks on the first week and had to figure out how to get nets up - and without a crank. With Adrian’s tool bag and both of their strength and wit, we managed to get both nets up so everyone could play their games! I don’t know what we would’ve done without them. Their helpfulness rightfully earned them players of the week. Thank you to Adrian and Susan!

In her first season as an Indy with Underdog, Lily Parrish showed what it means to be truly dedicated to her team. Her newly formed Indy team in Everett fought through many struggles throughout their first season including injuries, players moving, and absences. Throughout all the shifting and struggles, Lily was a solid rock on this team! She always showed up to play hard and was a force to be reckoned with on the court. In their last game of the season, they once again were up against the struggle of missing players, but were able to stitch together a team with the help of their seasoned opponents, Digs Out For Harambe. Lily and her fellow Indys played three great games of Underdog Volleyball last night, and are shining examples of what it means to be an Indy with Underdog. Thanks for a great season Lily! You're awesome!
