Fall Co-ed Volleyball at Seattle Central Tuesdays

Ben’s serves were on fire tonight! He was able to perfect the ideal float serve that would drop inside the ten foot line. Also, being the tallest of his teammates, Ben blocked any and every hit that tried to pass the net. He was all-around an extremely effective teammate in making countless saves and earning his team a number of points with his serves and hits. Keep up the great work, Ben! Congratulations to our player of the week!

Flore was a true x-factor for the Wilsons tonight. As the quarterback of the back row, Flore was a top passer, while also encouraging her teammates at every point. She did an excellent job of covering her hitters, an essential skill many players often forget. Her drive and focus allowed her team to ride to victory. Congrats to Flore, our player of the week!

Michael was a serious x-factor in his game this week. Using his height and strength to his advantage, he executed the middle position perfectly. He blocked almost every ball that tried to cross the plane of the net. He denied any opponent who tried to hit, tip, or chip! His undeniable quickness allowed him to be present in every point. For his effectiveness as a middle, Michael is our player of the week! Congratulations!

Katherine was a serious star player this week. She played in two tough games tonight and was a key passer in both of them. Though she was not as tall as her teammates, she definitely had the best passes! She also had an undeniable drive to save the ball at all costs. Often times Katherine would make one incredible dive, jump back up, and dive again a second later for another save. For her stupendous endurance and for being a reliable teammate this week, Katherine is our player of the week! Congratulations!
