Its pretty rare to get a triple play, but its even more rare to get a triple play and a grand slam in the same game. That's exactly what Ryan Hollis did. He took the playful razzing from the other team and quieted them first with his grand slam and then in the next inning ending it with a triple play. Way to play Ryan!

Great players pull through when the game is on the line. That is exactly what Colin Fuller of manhandlers did this past Sunday by kicking a walk-off 2-run HR in the bottom of the last inning when his team was trailing by a score. It was a back and forth match up between the manhandlers and Kick Me in the Jimmy, but thanks to Colin's clutch performance the manhandlers came out on top. Way to go Colin! You're our Player of the Week!

Kick Balls

Kick Balls are Awesome!

Kick Balls is the Team of the Week simply because they're the most fun team ever! They set the tone with their radical pajama pants and sweet hairdos, and never let up despite playing a double-header. In their first game they were falling and laughing all over the place, mostly because they're awesome and they were trying really hard, and slightly because they hit the bar before the game. Apparently the ref had a hard time making some of the calls because their antics were so hilarious. Kick Balls might not score many runs, but everybody loves playing them because they know how to have a good time. Thanks for playing in the league Kick Balls! You guys are awesome!

Note to Other Teams- If you want to get Team of the Week giving the ref a massive group hug at the end of the game and chanting "You're the best ref in the world! You're the best ref in the world" is one way to do it.

You would think that it would be the pitcher that would get the strike outs, but not on this team. Jay Griffith, the catcher put that duty upon himself. Jay's small talk with every kicker that came up to kick caused a number of kickers to lose focus and concentrate on the pointless conversation which led to kickers fouling out and even he got a few kickers looking at strike two which is a rarity. KICKERS.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY

Felicia played a solid game both on offense and defense. At shortstop she locked down anything that came her way. At the plate she consistently reached base, moved runners, and scored runs.
She even provided a little dance in the dugout to celebrate her complete game, well done Felicia!

Wilson, Wilson, Wilson... His team chanted each time he impressed both teams with his skillz.
Alex submitted an outstanding performance on this spring day.
At the plate he challenged his opponents outfielders and play a role in all four runs scored. At first base he shined covering a large amount of space and was key in stunting the Jimmy offense after the third inning.

Alex had an amazing two game series tonight. He tossed his team on his back and carried them to fun and frolicking.
In both games he seemed to be involved with every run, every exciting comeback, and every critical game-changing play.
On offense Alex continues to shine and come through in pressure situations. On defense he has first base locked down. Great all around night Alex, keep it up!
