Winter Co-ed Flag Football at Juanita HS Sundays

Nick Scott threw 7 touchdown passes leading the Ball Snatchers to a convincing win over Fluke of Nature. Scott, quarterbacking his first game for the Ball Snatchers, was able to find multiple receivers during the day and converted a number of long throws for key first downs. Great Job, Nick!

Kelsey Johne caught a number of important passes in the 2nd half, including one that set up Reigning Skittles go-ahead TD in their win over the Little Lebowski Urban Achievers. Kelsey caught a bullet over the middle and was able to take it down to the two yard line before getting stopped. That catch led to a short scoring pass and the lead. Then she came up big on the defensive side of the ball, as she was instrumental in stopping the Lebowski's on a potential last second scoring drive. Great Work, Kelsey!

Stephanie Brossman had a number of key catches during a winning touchdown drive and also added a touchdown catch, leading the Little Lebowski Urban Achievers to a win over Fluke of Nature. Stephanie also played outstanding defense, recording a number of flag pulls, slowing down a potent Fluke offense. This week she epitomized what it means to be representing the name of "the Dude". Great work, Stephanie!

In a performance Bronco Nagurski would be proud of, Jeff Dix was all over the field on both sides of the ball. Dix led his team by catching two touchdowns on offense, and also intercepting two passes on defense. Both of those passes were returned for touchdowns, and were what made the Ball Snatchers rout of Reigning Skittles so decisive.
