Fall Co-ed Softball at Dahl Monday/Wednesday

This weeks player of the week goes to Sara and her solid pitching capped off with the catch of the season. Sara beat-up the strike zone all night, helping her team stay competitivebut she also made the play of the night. while hitting the corners, one of the hardest hitter stepped to the plate and hit an absolute lazier up the middle. most would jump out of the way, or receive their last rights, but Sara responded with a phenomenal catch that stunned everyone. With the smack of the leather everyone applauded the catch on both teams, as she exited the field with one maybe two boken nails sacrificed for the love of the game1

This weeks player of the week goes to Christine and her great play on offense and defense. On defense Christine pitched against two very solid squads and kept both games under control, and gave her team a chance to pull out a couple of wins. Though they fell short losing both by a total of 6 runs, the performance was outstanding. Christine also hit the ball hard getting on base and being a spark for potential rallies. Towards the end of her second game Christine hit a deep ball and got a triple out of it! Great games Christine!

Bridget has an unbelieveable team spirit cheering on her team and her opponents while catching. She is the ultimate team player. It was a breathe of fresh air to have her catching behind the plate making the game fun for everyone. Great job Bridget!!

This weeks player of the week goes to Bases Juiced whole team. Every position was strong, and everyone hit the ball with power. There were no weak spots on the field and they were the team to beat from the start. Great job to all of you, and good season!
