Lane Jennings tallied 7 RBIs in 14-10 win for the Ball Busters. His biggest blow came in the first inning when he crushed a grand slam. With Lane's help the Ball Busters were able to hold off a late inning comeback and hang on for the victory.

Despite having a severely sprained right ankle Caylee Betts of the The Maroon Platoon refused to let her team down and decided to tough it out. Hobbling around on one good leg, Caylee pitched a solid game and from her stationary position was able to make a surprising number of outs. With her gutsy play Caylee flat out earned this weeks Player of the Week award and I'm sure she has a sore left leg to prove it. Congrats Caylee!

Kick Me in the Jimmy
Brian Carter played like he had something to prove this past Sunday...maybe he was tired of being passed over on the Player of the Week honors. Well he made sure that didn't happen this week. Brian was all over the place in both games for "Kick me in the Jimmy" in their double-header Sunday, catching tons of fly-balls and crushing the ball in his kicks every time he got the chance. Congrats Brian! See you in the playoffs.

Jimmies take first title in 3 years
The Platoon almost finish off Cinderella rookie season
Kick Me in the Jimmy finished the season undefeated, but not before Maroon Platoon gave them a serious run for the money.
Finding themselves down for the first time all season, the Jimmies stuck around and started clawing their way back in.
With a tie game in the bottom of the seventh, Sue came up huge, knocking the ball in the perfect place to allow the winning run to score from home and send the Jimmies into a BBQ frenzy.
