Spring Gentlemen's Flag Football at Seattle Center Thursdays

Robert S wins this week's Player of the Week award for his numerous pass break ups on defense. Whether he was rushing the QB or playing a deep safety, Robert always seemed to be at the right place at the right time to break up passes. His defense helped his team to a close victory. Well done, Robert!

Michael K wins this week's Player of the Week award for accounting for 7 total TD's, leading his team to victory. Whether it was on the ground (1 TD) or through the air (6 TD's), Michael was in full domination mode. The defense didn't know what to do, if they played full coverage, Michael would beat them with his legs. If they rushed him, he would find the open man down the field. A One-Man-Gang, Michael is this week's deserving winner.

The situation was tense- it was a tie game with Oooowwwweeee driving. Alex Blue (of Blue and Green) stepped in front of a pass, intercepting it to regain possession for his team. His team then went down the field to score what would be the game-sealing TD. Alex's contributions weren't just on defense, as he reeled in numerous catches to help move the ball downfield for his team. Well done!

Regan M earns this week's Player of the Week award for carrying his team, both on offense and defense, to a thunderous championship victory over perennial contenders in Boolin. Regan reeled in 4 TD's on the offensive side, killing the defense with the deep ball and the possession catches. On defense is where Regan really made his mark, picking off 4 passes (2 in the endzone) to lead his team to victory.
