Summer Co-ed Softball at Northacres Sundays

Graham's day started off a little differently than he probably would've liked. At the beginning of the Barking Geckos first game at Northacres Playfield, Graham botched what should have been a routine infield pop-up. His teammates ribbed him hard for it, but Graham didn't let that get him down. He came back to show his worth and jacked 4 MONSTER home runs during their two games, helping his team to victory.

In one of the best games in the history of Underdog Sports, Travis was a star. He was a black hole in left field, catching anything that came his way. His biggest contribution came with his right arm. He gunned down a baserunner atempting to score from second base with a throw so accurate the catcher didn't even have to move his glove. Sadly his team came up one run short in the final inning.

John Stevens played a big role in the two big wins for the geckos this week. Not only at the plate, but also on the mound! He had an oustanding crazy play where he kicked up a hard line drive off his foot, right into his hand, and made the play to get the runner out at first! Amazing! At the plate, he had the game winning walk off hit in the bottom of the eighth to get the important first playoff win to get the geckos to the championship game! Congratulations to the Barking Geckos with a Championship win!
