It came down to the bottom of the 7th inning with the Llama's down 2 runs, Lazy made a huge contribution in putting the final run across the plate. The run got the win against a tough Blue Ballers team that hung tough despite fielding only 8 players.
Jen "Soxxy Llama" Pike used her catlike reflexes to avoid being thrown out at third base. Having run past the bag and with the defender only 5' away and poised to gun her down, Soxxy Llama did an improv jumping jack to avoid the would be kill shot.
Our co-POTW goes to Ogre. Ogre must've imagined he was kicking a hobbit head instead of a kickball because Ogre was unstoppable. He had a great on base percentage for the evening. Rumor has it Ogre may use a mace or club instead of kicking next week.
