Google was definitely the most talented team on the beach all season. Their core players have been playing together for many years and the team chemistry was obvious. Google fielded their team with three people each week and beat their opposing teams made up of four. Their greatest strength was their ability to force errors from the other teams. Opponents couldn't handle the barrage of hits coming at them from all players. Google took this advantage and ran with it all the way to first place.
With only 3 people on the court, Google came out firing on all cylinders. Jacob led the charge as he scored in multiple ways. At the serving line, Jacob had a great jump serve that would zip through the air, spearing the opponents arms. He didn't stop there, Jacob is definitely a veteran when it comes to sand because he was able to elevate high to send spikes down. Google is proving to be the team to beat through the strong plays of Jacob and his team.
