After three seasons of heartbreaking playoff runs that included two 2nd place finishes, Bottom of the Fifth has claimed their first Kickball title! And they did so with an authoritative undefeated season. In both their semi-final and final games Bottom of the Fifth found themselves deadlocked with their opponents at the half-way point. In both games they dug deep, like true champions, and came up with some crucial runs in the later innings to put the games away. You've been waiting patiently for those Champs shirts Bottom of the Fifth and now you've got'em! Congrats on your perfect season!
Chad was full of energy from the start of the game all the way to the finish. If you did not know better you would have thought Chad was a cheerleader because he led cheers such as "Lets go team" and "One more time". Bring the energy every week Chad!!
There wasn't anybody who did more for their team than John "Blackhat". He pitched, he kicked, and he made outs. It seemed like he was everywhere out there (but it was just pitcher and 3rd base). He got several people to strikeout and put them out when he played 3rd. He also helped his team out with some big boots. Way to play out there Mr. "Blackhat"!
