There were so many heavy hits in this Midcore Championship, but in the end, the spoils went to the team with the biggest BANG. The folks of Wala Wala Bing Bang, played two fantastic matches against two great opponents, and gave them both some great competition. Led by their fearless leader, Estanly, who keeps the energy level high and can hit and set from anywhere on the court. This is such a fun team to watch, and their good-natured spirit, and extreme talent paid off tonight when they became the Midcore Champions in Everett. Congrats Wala Wala Bing Bang!
Big congrats going out to Vincent of Wala Wala Bing Bang, who was an integral part of his team's championship victory last night. Vincent definitely puts the BANG in his team name, and does so by being the only left handed hitter on the court. Making him an epic force to be reckoned with! Heads spin when he goes up and comes down in opposition to what the blockers had expected. He hits hard, but he also hustles. At one point he was thrown to the ground from the force of his hit, which was blocked, but he dove from the ground level to save the ball and keep it alive for his team. Such athleticism on a Sunday evening! Vincent paved the way for two victory matches that ended in his team being crowned the newest Midcore champions in Everett. Congrats Vincent!
