Los Bucaneros OF, Topher Rossman, ran approximately 26.8 miles during this Sunday's double header. Every ball headed for the outfield was a dead sprint for Topher. Amazingly he was able to finish the game without having to take any oxygen. Great effort this weekend.
This weeks player of the week goes to Shawn from Los Bucaneros! Shawn had an excellent day in canter field, reeling in out after out. Anything within the same zip-code Shawn tracked and made diving, sliding, and routine outs. Nobody from the opposing team found the base if it was hit neat Shawn. He also ran the bases, ran to coach the bases, and ran in and out of the dug-out between innings. Its safe to say Shawn burned a calorie or two the first Sunday of the league! Great job Shawn!
