Ravenna kickball history started the summer of 2012, when our sensei Alyssa took a group of rag-tag players all the way to the UWNC kickball championship! In a hard fought battle with our nemesis Shorline, Ravenna won the game becoming the first UWNC Kickball champions EVER! In August of 2014, Ravenna and Shoreline met again in the first round. Even with Shoreline taking Jell-O shots like it was a Friday night frat pary, Ravenna still managed to lose the game. It was a major defeat, one that still haunts the players today. But out of great loss, comes the overwhelming need to win again. Everyday, Ravenna players are training hard to get back to that championship team we once were.
