While star QB Matt Nelson and star receiver Brian Sweeney get a lot of the credit, it's players like Andrea Negrin who's contributions usually go unnoticed. However in week 1 of the playoffs, it was hard to ignore Andrea's contribution to her teams success. Negrin had a key interception late in Get Blitzed's 33-28 victory as they squeaked by into the semi-final round on Thursday.

Negrin had a key interception late in Get Blitzed's 33-28 victory as they squeaked by into the semi-final round on Thursday.
In one of the surprise upsets of the season, GET BLITZED! defeated Tenacious D 33-26. The defending champions from Tenacious D were humbled by some great offense by GET BLITZED! to go along with some timely plays on defense. Leading the way for the winners was Josh Dumond, who was responsible for many of those defensive plays. Josh had three huge sacks, an interception, and he also chipped in with a touchdown on offense. This win stamps GET BLITZED! as true contenders for the championship as the playoffs approach.
On a cold and rainy Tuesday night, one woman stood out like a beacon of light. That woman was Hadley Martineau. Hadley had two touchdown catches that put her team out in front, and then threw a late touchdown pass that put the game away. Those are the kind of stats that make someone worthy of Player of the Week honors.
