Further reinforcing their contention for Hardcore status, the Swashbucklers QB Andre Piper-Jordan and WR Nick Shaefer connected again and again and helped pick apart a solid RX Pushers D, which had propelled the 7-seed to the championship. Nick was the definition of a gamer on championship Sunday. He showed up big in the Swashbucklers semifinal and championship wins, collecting 3 Interceptions on defense and 4 TD catches on offense, including a sick 1-handed diving grab for a Touchdown. He offered props to QB Andre Piper-Jordan saying, "I couldn't have done it without you!" Nice teamwork guys, and way to be a playmaker, Nick.
