On Monday night we had one of our best matchups yet. Block Party versus The Giants. Both teams battled it out admirably, taking the match to a deciding third game. For the whole third game no team was ever up by more than two points. They went point for point the whole game until Block Party secured the win with a stellar block ending in a kill. Congrats Block Party!
With tensions high in a playoff series, it can be difficult to constantly keep your spirits high in the midst of all the competition. However, for Mike Kwaske it’s no problem! From the moment Mike steps into the gym and on the court he is making people smile. Despite how the game is going he never fails to keep his teammates’ spirits high, and they’ve said it themselves. He also continues to go out of his way to display good sportsmanship, and introduce himself to his opponents, never shying away from complimenting them on a good play. This makes Mike such a valuable teammate, and player of the week. Good job Mike!
