An undefeated regular season gave Touchdown My Pants the all important number one seed for the playoffs. Which put them in prime position to make a championship run. In the semi-finals they used an impressive defensive performance from Ross Beamish to secure a place in the finals. There they would find Thunder Gun Express, who were bent on revenge after an early season loss to 'Touchdown'.
The championship game was a battle for the ages. Culminating in a last minute drive to tie the game by Touchdown My Pants. That is where Bryce Bennett stepped up and grabbed the PAT that would ultimately secure the championship. Great job on pulling off the perfect season and congrats for the well deserved title!!
In one of the closest championship games in years, Bryce made the big plays that ultimately led his team to victory. With his team trailing and time running out, Bryce used his sure hands to pull in the go ahead score. Being the hero on offense apparently wasn't enough, as on the last play of the game who else but Bryce was there to deflect the last second hail mary attempt. Fantastic game Bryce and congrats on the championship!
Kevin usually plays good defense every week, but he took it to completely another level this week. Whenever a flag was pulled it seemed to be in Kevin's hand. 1 or 2 interceptions would of been a great night too. But Kevin picked off an impressive 3 passes and even returned 2 of them for touchdowns!! Fantastic performance!!!
