After a 39-0 runaway win in the semi-final round, Playing the Field had to face Underdog Sports Leagues playoff veterans Our Chicks Go Deep, who were more than up to the task. With both teams rolling into the title game the Statdog expected a good contest. What transpired at the end of the game will go down in USL history as one of the greatest finishes in ever. With the score tied at 32, Our Chicks go Deep put together yet another clutch scoring drive, scoring the go-ahead touchdown on a pass to Kashif Zahoor with 10 seconds remaining. Undeterred, Playing the Field struck right back as Joe Woods got behind the defense and caught a perfectly thrown pass in stride resulting in a touchdown. Now trailing 39-38, Playing the Field made the bold decision to go for two and the win. They were able to convert on an incredible passing play and came away with an amazing comeback win.
