When the playoff seeds came out, things didnt look good for the Hot Shots. They were sitting as the 8th seed and facing an uphill battle to have a shot at a championship. Their response was a four game run where they looked as good as any team over the course of the season. No team was closer than eight points in the four wins that carried the Hot Shots to the championship.
In a close, hard fought 18-12 victory, Michael Tan was the man who made the difference for the Accenture Hot Shots. In their opening game of the season, they need a spark to get going and Michael was that spark. Michael had a hand in all three touchdowns scored. The first two were thrown, and then an absolutely spectacular catch on a Hail Mary pass on the final play of the game.
