After coming back in a barn-burner against AC Davis in the semi final game, Channel 4 went up against perrenial contenders, the Lawn Wranglers. In a close back and forth game, Channel 4 pulled out the upset against the previously undefeated Wranglers.
Matt Ehrenstrom and the Channel 4 News Team's defense deserve special recognition for what they did on Sunday. The defense was spectacular in their opening round 19-0 victory Matt had one of the best solo performances of the season. Matt accounted for all three touchdowns for the News Team and also had five, repeat, five interceptions. That is Player of the Week material if I have ever seen it.
In a game that was close to the end, Kevin was a shinning star. He sacked the QB time after time after time to prevent the other team from getting that crucial 4th conversion. He was asked after the game how he managed to sack the QB so many time and he said he "ate his 'Cheerios' for breakfast."
