This weeks Player of the Week was an easy decision. It's Sameer Sankaran by a long shot! In the bottom of the last inning he came up with an unbelievable game winning catch for his team Rage Against the Ball. With the bases loaded and only one out, Booze OG was in prime position to take the victory. When the right fielder bobbled and dropped the catch it seemed like the game was all but over, until out of nowhere Sameer dives and scoops the ball up with one hand just as it was about to hit the grass. Chaos ensued! Booze OGs runners didn't think the catch would be made and so they didn't tag up which led to an easy double play to end the game. The players for Booze OG nor the referee could believe what had just happened, but when the dust settled Sameer had heroically won the game! Congratulations Sameer on the catch of a lifetime!
