Notes

First Place

Spring Co-ed Flag Football at Seattle Center Tuesdays

After handling Pick City 54-29 in the semi finals, Orange Chicken outlasted Thunder Tuesday's 50-49 in the championship game. When you look at a high scoring game like that, the first thing you might think is that it was all offense all night, however it was a couple of key defensive plays that made the difference for the winners. First there was a huge interception return for a touchdown, witch not only was a big stop but also put the winning points on the board. Then late in the game, orange chicken came up with a huge sack to put the game away and seize their first championship.

Tuesday, May 21

Alex Soustek

Orange Chicken

Orange Chicken got a lot of big defensive plays on Tuesday night, but none more amazing than the one by Alex Soustek. After falling down covering a receiver on a deep pass, Alex recovered and made an absolutely amazing play knocking the ball down from his knees just as it arrived.. Not only was it a spectacular play to watch, but it occurred on a key fourth-down that made the difference as orange chicken was able to advance to the final round of the playoffs.

Tuesday, May 14

Kyla Hall

Orange Chicken

With the playoffs underway, Orange chicken needed some players to step up otherwise they were going to go home. But as it turned out, Kyla Hall was all they needed as she made a series of game changing plays for the winners. Kyla had two amazing diving catches on offense, including on on 4th down, and a couple of big plays on defense, leading her team to a 34-12 victory.

Tuesday, April 16

April Arnold

Orange Chickenb

April Arnold is a Phenom. This past Tuesday night, she made plays all over the field on both sides of the ball, leading her team to a 34-26 victory.. April had a number of key catches and big plays on defense that made the difference for her squad.
