The playoffs for Monday league consisted of some of the longest rallys all season that never seemed to end with diving plays I never thought possible. Hobo Picnic was able to win a couple close call games to make it to the finals and Half Rack fought hard to get to the championships. The big match started out with Half Rack looking like they had it in the bag winning game #1, but Hobo Picnic fought hard and took game #2 by storm and forced a rubber match. The third game was tight with blocks from Paul on Hobo Picnic and tough serves from Will on Half Rack. The points went back and forth until Half Rack pulled ahead just enough to take the match. Congrats Half Rack and great work to both teams with amazing hustle and stamina!
This week Darron from Half Rack,while he almost showed up late was able to get his game face on in time and intimidate the other team with his energy and huge spikes from the middle. He had several blocks that helped his team gain energy and win the set. Great job!

Allison from Half Rack earns top marks this week, helping lead her team to victory with several solo blocks and kills from both the outside and middle to show her all around skills. With tough competition coming from I'd Hit That Allison's volleyball game was outstanding and I'm sure she is ready for more next week. Keep it up!
