Hit 'EM With The D has done it again! They found themselves in a knock down drag out with Random Collision on Wednesday night and in the end it was the power, speed, bats and defense that made the difference. Basically everything you need to hold a great team at bay. They were relentless throughout pounding the ball batter after batter and when the dust settled The D's battleship was the only boat left standing. This team is considered one of the elite teams playing in the USL and is much deserved. After plowing through powerhouse team after powerhouse team this team has proven that they are the new dogs on the block and challenge all comers. You won't match their hustle or their energy a lot of the times so when you square off with them, strap yourself in and hold on tight. Great win D and congratulations on winning your 2nd league crown

In a quest to secure their 2nd league title, Hit Em With The D is doing just that, hitting em with the D. Their defense is getting stingier the closer we get to the playoffs which doesn't bode well for teams they will face who cannot manufacture runs in demand. This team is well balanced, their pitching is phenomenal and everyone hits the ball, and i mean everyone from to bottom. What they have built over a few seasons is impressive after seeing them get pummeled game after game when they first entered the league. This team is a shining example and a reminder to all other teams. Take your lumps, learn from them , reload refocus and come back stronger. They are on the verge of a second league title and they are going to put up a fight against anyone they face. Just don't forget to bring your A game and your hustle pills. If you leave those both at home it's going to be a long and frustrating evening for you. Great game D and we look forward to seeing you guys and gals in action soon.
On a night when Hit 'em with the D shined immensely, Jaime really got the job done well, with clutch hitting and big-league hustle all around the yard. Her captain immediately pointed her out as the star of the night for her performance. Go Jaime!
On Monday night we all witnessed a classic battle between power house SBHB and new comers HEWTD. For as young as this team is and as far as seasons played in the league. this team plays like they have been around for years. They were tested late by SBHB and they responded with a five run 7th inning to secure victory and stun SBHB. Their defense is drum tight, their bats are hot and their pitching is absolutely delicious. All teams are aware now of this team and their offensive prowess and better not take them lightly when you square off with them. They are playing really high level softball right now and the way it looks, they are in the driver's seat heading in to playoffs later on. Great game Jamal and the crew and we look forward to seeing you guys and gals in action next week.
