A clutch interception at the end of regulation sealed the crown for Skidgib, thanks in large part to Clayton Thomas, "....As in Earl Thomas." Indeed, Clayton did seem that good on Thursday night, breaking up passes on defense and picking up big gains for his team all game long. Chauncey Biggerstein threatened with 3rd and goal and only 14 seconds in the game. Down by 2, Chauncey took a shot at the endzone, only to have it picked off and downed to run out the rest of the time. An exciting finish to an exciting season! Great game skidgiB!
Clayton Thomas demoralized the opposition in the championship with his stingy defense all game long. A perfectly timed interception sealed the victory! Way to go Clayton!
A breakout performance by Chip Wade set this game on cruise control for skidgiB as they rolled to their playoff win this season. At the end of the 1st half, Chip intercepted a pass at his own goal and returned it 100 yards for a stellar return for a touchdown. Great game Chip!
Tom was a terror on defense this week. He kept constant pressure on the quarterback and made his presence known even when he wasn't making sacks. That being said, he got a lot of sacks. 7 to be exact. Great game Tom.
