The softcore championship brought to veteran teams together to face off for the for the honor of league champs. This game was all defense, as both teams are stingy with the endzones they defend. With the final being 14 to 7, 2 Old, 2 Tired, 2 Slow defense showed up and eveyone had their zones on lock down. Both in the chipper shut-out their opponents in their first game, so everyone knew it was going to be a defensive game. Both teams had great seasons and congratulations to both!

This weeks player of the week goes to Gabe Orendorff for his solid play in two games on Championship day. Gabe helped his team on offense scoring multiple times in low scoring games. His true colors shined on defense as he and the rest on his team put the field on lock-down, allowing very few points and earned the honors of being called champs. Great job Gabe!
